In September 2021, a public opinion poll was conducted among users of Kola-Verkhnetulomsky-BCP “Lotta”. 100 respondents of the Murmansk region, residents using this route were interviewed, the filter for the selection of respondents was also a question concerning whenever they used this route in the last 2 months. The results of the study showed that 56% of respondents named the factor “route safety” as the most important factor in the process of choosing the route, and for 39% it is “arrive on time”. The respondents rated the quality of the road surface at 4.09 points and the quality of road markings at 4.18 points out of 5 possible, where 5 is the highest rating. Thus, 95% of respondents are satisfied with the quality of road surface and markings.
