In the Murmansk region, according to the decision of the Interdepartmental Operational Headquarters on Epidemiological Security of the Population of the Region under the leadership of the Governor of the Murmansk Region, a ban on events with the participation of foreign citizens has been introduced since March 14 and indefinitely, and all mass events with 50 people or more have been cancelled in the region since March 17.
