A working meeting was held on July, 8 in Paris between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom, Helge Lund, President and CEO of Statoil and Christophe de Margerie, CEO of Total.

On July 5, 2011, A.Zagorovsky, SDAG CEO, and N.Reshetov, Director-General of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) had a meeting where they agreed on extending their cooperation aimed at increasing the involvement of Russian companies in Phase I of Shtokman gas and condensate field development project. This agreement is stipulated in the frame cooperation agreement recently signed by SDAG and RS.

   Ordinary General Meeting of the Shtokman Development AG (SDAG) Shareholders was held on June 23 in Lucerne (Switzerland) to review and approve the 2010 financial reporting.

    The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Shtokman Development AG (SDAG) was held in Lucerne (Switzerland) on June 23, 2011. The Board of Directors made note of the good progress in activities on offshore and onshore facilities in preparation for the Final Investment Decision planned by the end of 2011.

Mr. A. Zagorovskiy, Chief Executive Officer of the Shtokman Development AG (SDAG) and Mr. R. Trotsenko, President of the Unified Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) signed the Cooperation Agreement on June 2, 2011 in Moscow.

On 25th May in Murmansk enlarged meeting of the Committee on Russian participation “Stockman  Development AG” took place. Association”Murmanshelf” was a co-organizer of the meeting. “Murmanshelfstroy” consortium enterprises, representatives from regional manufacturing businesses and a Murmansk Regional Administration were invited to take part at the session.

  On April 13 a regular Shtokman Development AG Board meeting was held in Zurich (Switzerland). Having reviewed the proposed gas transportation options the Shareholders approved two phase flow as the Project technical concept. The two phase flow concept implies delivery of gas and gas condensate onshore from the field followed by separation. The Board of directors also confirmed the implementation milestones of the Project: first pipeline gas supply in 2016 and start up of LNG Plant in 2017.

On 7th April 2011 an international conference “Logistics in Arctic” took place. As organizers in the conference took part “Murmanshelf” and the Ministry for Transport and Communication of Murmansk Region. The conference was held under support of the and Murmansk Regional Duma. Evgeny Nikora, a Chairman of the Murmansk Regional Duma, addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech.

Murmansk regional government and “Shtokman Development AG” joint working groups activities were on the agenda during the videoconference Moscow-Murmansk held on December 17, 2010. The Governor of the Murmansk region Dmitry Dmitrienko and SDAG CEO Alexei Zagorovski participated in the discussions.

The Board of Directors of Shtokman Development AG was held in Zurich on November 24, 2010 to review the key issues related to preparation of the Final Investment Decision on the Start-up Facilities for pipeline gas supply and on the LNG Facilities.

The Research vessel “Academik Mstislav Keldysh” has finalized a season of surveys in the Shtokman Gas-Condensate Field area.
